A LIFESTYLE GUIDE FOR WOMEN

Salvation Is Free

The Father has been following you all the days of your life.  His love is unconditional and amazing.  All you need to do is believe in our Lord and Savior “Jesus Christ.”  The hour and day is now to commit your life to the Lord.  He is a man of His word and is faithful to the end.  He only has unconditional love for you and humanity.  The Lord is always available to provide love and guidance.  Keep this walk with the Lord simple by reciting the following prayer:  The Salvation Prayer–“Heavenly Father, I come to you from the depths of my heart realizing I have sinned.  I repent of my sins and confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and died on the cross for me and my sins.  I believe you raised him from the dead.  Lord Jesus, come into my heart and live in me now.  By faith, I receive you as my personal Lord and Savior.  Father, I receive your Holy Spirit as my Comforter to help guide me and do your will.  It is in Jesus’ name that I believe and receive these things I have prayed this day.”  Amen!

Baptism

Baptism is an act in which a Christian is immersed in water to symbolize the end of an old way of living, and the beginning of a new start. When you get baptized it is a testimony to God and people that you, by faith, will live a new life following the principles of Jesus Christ.

The Bible first mentions Christian baptism in its accounts of John the Baptist. The baptism of John was for the remission (forgiveness) of sins. “I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance but He who is coming after me is mightier than I … He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.” Matthew 3:11. With the establishment of the new covenant, because of the death of Jesus on the cross, baptism is now about more than the forgiveness of sins—it is a covenant to live the life of a disciple before God.

Holy Communion

The day before Jesus was crucified, He commanded His disciples to continue to observe the Lord’s Supper, or Holy Communion (Matthew 26:26-30; Mark 14:22-25; Luke 22:14-20).
Paul expanded on this when he wrote, “For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you: that the Lord Jesus on the same night in which He was betrayed took bread; and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, ‘Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me.’ In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying, ‘This cup is the new covenant in My blood. Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.’ For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until He comes again.”  Read the highlighted scriptures as you pray, eat and drink [Ingredients needed: Bible App, grape juice and saltine crackers].
